BOARDING
We provide a premier dog boarding process when you use our boarding services. You will receive complimentary daycare and cage-free** boarding. Our commitment is to provide your pup with a home away from home experience with round-the-clock human companionship. Not only is your dog able to take advantage of the daycare curriculum at no extra charge, but they also get to play with friends and at bedtime snuggle into a divine slumber with our overnight staff members, without being secluded. All pups will nestle in on a comfy bed, comforter, blanket, or crate* and be accompanied by our experienced staff so that they get the rest they need to fully enjoy the next day’s activities.
*Tails uses Kennels for time-outs and when used during boarding at customer request.
Things to have in mind while boarding your dog at Tails:
Medication – If your pet needs medication, bring that along as well, with written instructions and proper labeling for administration.
Collar/harness and leash – Please be sure your pet is wearing a collar or harness and leash
Toys – We have plenty of toys on sight, we discourage parents from bringing their own toys as they may get lost or damaged.
Treats – You may bring treats from home or you can purchase special treats from us. If you bring treats, be sure the container is clearly marked with your name and feeding instructions
Belongings – Tails provide beds, blankets, water, and hygienic stainless steel food bowls for your pet. Please refrain from bringing belongings from home, Tails is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Go Home Fresh Bath – Our Go Home Fresh service is a bath and brushes out before departure, so your best friends smell fresh and clean when you take him/her home. The charge varies, depending upon the size of your pet and type of coat that must be brushed out.
