Important Notes

  • A monthly administration fee will be assessed to each account to continue the supplement of benefits, training, and waste disposal for the next two years. The amount is $1.00 per attendance.
  • A monthly insurance fee will be accessed to each account. The insurance policy will protect your pet in the event they need to see a vet due to play-related injury. The cost is $1.00 per attendance.
  • Packages are non-refundable and will expire within a year from the date of purchase. Packages may be shared between siblings. Half days cannot be covered by packages and must be paid for separately.
  • To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival date.
